Pinnacle
is a custom publisher of magazines and other business
communication products based in Syracuse, NY. It was founded
in 1979 as Communication Concepts, an advertising and
public relations agency which ultimately entered the custom
publishing field in 1984.

that integrate, focus, and enhance client marketing strategies.
We initiate, plan, and coordinate advertising, when desired,
for custom magazines, membership directories, newsletters,
and websites. All our products are designed to achieve
